Upgrading
Upgrading takes a minute. Payment is processed by Stripe; PostRoll never sees your card details.
From the pricing page
Section titled “From the pricing page”- Open the pricing page.
- Toggle Annual or Monthly at the top — annual saves you ~17%.
- On the tier you want, click Choose Booster or Choose Collector.
- A secure checkout form opens right inside PostRoll — no redirect to another site. Fill in your card, billing address, and any promotion code.
- Click Subscribe. You’ll land on a confirmation page, then can head to your billing settings. Payment is still handled by Stripe — PostRoll never sees your card details.
Within a couple of seconds, premium features unlock across the app. If they don’t appear immediately, refresh the page.
From an upgrade prompt inside the app
Section titled “From an upgrade prompt inside the app”Some features show an Unlock button or a read-only preview when your current plan doesn’t include them. Clicking the prompt opens a modal with the same tier comparison and checkout flow.
Already on a paid plan?
Section titled “Already on a paid plan?”If you’re already a Booster and want Collector (or vice versa), the buttons on the pricing page change to Switch plan, which takes you to Settings → Billing, where you can switch tiers or intervals in-app. See Managing your subscription.
Trials
Section titled “Trials”If we’re running a free trial promotion, you’ll see a Start trial button instead of Subscribe on the checkout page. You won’t be charged until the trial ends — we’ll send a reminder 3 days before.
