Your purchases

My purchases (/app/purchases) is the one place for everything you’ve bought on PostRoll. It has two tabs — Upcoming and Library — plus a full receipt trail under Purchase history.

The Upcoming tab lists everything with a date attached: event tickets, game seats, and campaign-arc sessions (“Session 2 of 6”), grouped by day. A Date TBC section holds bookings the GM hasn’t scheduled yet. Click any row to jump to the event or the room you’ll play in.

If a paid game went wrong — a no-show, not as advertised — click Report a problem under the booking to open a dispute.

The Library tab shows every product you currently own, with the price you paid and how many files it includes. Click an item to open its page in the Outpost’s shop — that’s where the Download buttons live. There’s no download limit; the links refresh each time. Full download details: Your library.

Bought a seat in a listed game? You can Leave a review (or Edit review) straight from the item’s card.

Click Purchase history (top right), or go to /app/purchases/history. Unlike the Library, this lists every purchase — refunded and failed ones included — with the date, item, seller, amount, and a status: Paid, Pending, Refunded, Partly refunded, or Failed. Refunded amounts show against the original charge, so a partial refund reads as the full price with the refunded part beneath it. Amounts are always what you were actually charged. Stripe also emails you a receipt for every purchase.

  • Maps, art, tokens, and music — ready to use right away, and they turn up automatically wherever you’d reach for them: maps and art in your Asset Manager (under Purchased) and every image picker; music in your audio library. Use them as much as you like — because they belong to the creator you can’t edit or delete them, and they don’t use up your storage.
  • Worlds, scenes, and boards — you get your own copy to edit and play with. Click Open in library on the product page (or Add to library if your copy hasn’t been created yet).
  • Downloadable files (PDFs, printer-friendly sheets, extras) — grab them from the product’s page in the shop whenever you need them.
  • Tickets and game seats — you’re added to the event or the GM’s room automatically. See Booked sessions & tickets.

Shop purchases follow each creator’s refund policy, shown before you buy — contact the Outpost owner first. The 14-day money-back guarantee covers platform subscriptions only. For a paid game that went wrong, open a dispute. For a charge you don’t recognise, see Billing issues.
