Page options
Right-click any page or folder in the tree — or click the ⋮ that appears when you hover a row — to reach everything you can do to it without opening it.
The right-click menu
Section titled “The right-click menu”| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Open folder overview | Folders only, and only once they have one — opens the folder’s landing page in a new tab |
| Rename | Edit the title in place |
| Share / Copy link | Copies a direct link to the page (or offers your device’s share sheet) |
| Export to PDF… | Pages only — opens the export dialog |
| More options… | Opens the options panel below |
| Delete page / Delete folder | Removes it, after a confirmation |
The More options panel
Section titled “The More options panel”The panel opens beside the row with the page’s name and summary at the top.
Favourite (★)
Section titled “Favourite (★)”The star in the top-right marks the page as a favourite so it’s quick to find again. Pages only — folders don’t have one.
Visibility: Shared / Hidden
Section titled “Visibility: Shared / Hidden”The single most important switch for a world you’ve shared with your table.
- Hidden — only people who can edit the world see the page. Everyone you’ve given read access to sees nothing: no title in their tree, no entry in index listings. Use it for the twist, the traitor, and next session’s dungeon.
- Shared — readers of the world can open it. A small eye icon appears on the row in your tree so you can see at a glance what’s public.
Read-only
Section titled “Read-only”Freezes the page’s contents. It stays visible and linkable, but the editor won’t accept changes until you switch it back. Handy for a finished rules summary or a handout you don’t want to nudge out of shape mid-session.
Show in sidebar
Section titled “Show in sidebar”Pins the page so it stays surfaced in the tree rather than being buried inside a folder — the pages you open every single session.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”- Rename — edit the title, then Save.
- Create Template — turn this page into a reusable starting point, see Page templates.
- Apply Template — drop a template’s contents into this page.
- Share — opens the sharing controls, see Sharing.
- Duplicate — makes a copy of the page.
- Export to PDF… — publishes just this page, see Export to PDF.
- Delete page / Delete folder — permanent, with a confirmation first.
Folders show a shorter panel: Rename, Share, Delete folder. Settings like visibility and read-only belong to pages.
