The Wiki
The wiki is where your world’s lore lives — kingdoms, NPCs, gods, guilds, the tavern nobody survived. Every world gets its own wiki, and every piece of lore is a page you can link to from anywhere else.
The three panes
Section titled “The three panes”- The page tree (left) — every page and folder in the world, plus search and the + create button.
- The page (middle) — the title, cover image, and the editor itself.
- The details panel (right) — tags, links, backlinks and chronology for whichever page you’re on. Toggle it from the page toolbar.
Two places to work
Section titled “Two places to work”Same pages, same tree, two framings:
- The full wiki workspace — the whole screen given over to the wiki, with a resizable tree and a breadcrumb bar for stepping through pages in reading order. Best for long writing sessions.
- The Hub’s Wiki tab — the wiki sitting inside your world Hub alongside the Atlas, Timeline and Entities tabs. Best for quick edits while you’re moving between parts of the world. Use View in full in the top bar to jump to the workspace on the page you’re reading.
Nothing is duplicated between them — it’s one wiki either way.
Saving
Section titled “Saving”The wiki saves as you work. About a second and a half after you stop typing, your changes go to the server; there’s no Save button to hunt for. If you try to close the tab mid-save, your browser warns you first.
If someone else saved the same page while you had it open, PostRoll won’t overwrite their work. You’ll see “This page was edited elsewhere”, the latest version loads in, and you re-apply your change on top of it.
