Creating and organising collections

Everything here happens on Create → Collections in the sidebar.

  1. Click + New Collection.
  2. Give it a name — that’s the only thing required.
  3. Add a description, pick a type (Personal, Session, Campaign, or Reference), add tags, and upload a cover image if you like.
  4. Click Create. You land straight inside the new collection.

The Search collections… box above the grid matches on name, description, and tags — so tagging prep or session-3 gives you an instant filter later.

Each card shows the cover, the type, and how many items are inside. Click a card to expand it, then Open collection.

  1. Open the collection and click Add Items.
  2. Search by name, or click the type pills — Worlds, Boards, Actors, Scenes, Cards, Wiki Pages, Assets, Rooms, Tokens, Entities — to narrow what you’re looking at. Turn on Entities and a second row appears so you can pick just People, Places, Factions, and so on.
  3. Click every item you want; they stay selected as you keep searching.
  4. Click Add to drop the lot into the collection.

The picker only shows things you own, so there’s nothing in there you can’t actually use.

  • Grid view — open the item, click Details, and choose Remove from collection. If the original has since been deleted, there’s no Details; the button sits on the open card instead.
  • List view — hover the row and click the on the right.

Removing takes the item off the shelf only; the original scene, card, or actor is never deleted.

Open the collection and click the menu in the header → Edit Collection. Change the name and description, then Save.

Same menu → Delete Collection, then confirm.
