Share links
A share link lets anyone who has it claim access to your world, board, actor, scene, token, card, or card template. You pick the access level and an optional expiry when you create it.
Creating a link
Section titled “Creating a link”-
Click Share on the item you want to share. The share dialog opens on the Invite tab.
-
Under Share by link, pick the access level — Read only or Read & Edit.
-
Pick an expiry: No expiry, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
-
Click Generate link, then use the copy button to put it on your clipboard.
Every link you’ve made for the item is listed under Active links, each showing its access level, how many people have used it, and copy and revoke buttons.
What recipients see
Section titled “What recipients see”Opening a share link takes the recipient straight to the shared item. They need to be signed in — access is granted to their account, and the item then appears in their Shared with you page. If they’re signed out, the link is remembered and access is granted once they sign in.
Revoking a link
Section titled “Revoking a link”Click the bin icon next to a link (in the Active links list or beside a freshly generated link) to revoke it. Anyone clicking it afterwards sees “This share link has been revoked”.
Expired links stop working the same way: recipients see a “share link expired” message. Expiry can’t be changed after creation — revoke the old link and generate a new one instead.
