Troubleshooting

Something not working? Start with the guide that matches your problem — each one walks through the quick checks first, then the deeper fixes.

Login and account issuesCan't sign in, password resets, missing verification emails, two-factor lockouts.
Connection and real-time issuesBoards, chat, or your game session stopped updating live.
Uploads and mediaUpload failures, file size limits, storage space, and playback problems.

Before anything else

Two fixes solve a surprising share of problems:

  1. Hard refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) — this clears out a stale build after we ship an update.
  2. Sign out and back in if things half-work — an expired session can make saves and uploads fail quietly.
