Inviting people

There are two ways to get people to your table: invite them by username, or hand out a link. Both live in the same place.

  1. On the Invite tab, type a username under Invite by username and search.

  2. Click Add. They drop into Pending invites with a role selector — set GM, Player or Observer.

  3. Changed your mind before saving? Use Remove pending invite.

  4. Save invites sends them.

Under Invite by link, choose the role newcomers arrive with, pick an expiry — No expiry, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days — and hit Generate link. Copy it into your group chat, your Discord, wherever your people are.

Every link you’ve made is listed under Active links, and you can revoke one at any time; anyone who hasn’t used it yet is out of luck from that moment. The app confirms with “Invite link generated” and “Invite link revoked”.

The Members tab in the same panel is your roster at a glance: counts for Total, Invited, GMs and Players / Observers, with Owner, Invited and Banned badges on the rows below. From here you can Resend an invite that’s gone stale, ban someone, or remove them. Reset throws away unsaved changes; Save invites commits them. The owner’s own row can’t be re-roled or removed.

Someone you’ve invited gets a banner across the top of the room hub — “You’ve been invited to this room as…” — with Accept Invite and Decline. Accepting drops them straight into the party; declining clears the invite.
