The details panel

Every wiki page has a narrow panel that slides in from the right. Open it with the panel button in the row of controls on the page’s cover image; close it with the ✕ in its header. On phones it opens as a drawer over the page instead.

This is the natural home for an infobox, a stat block, a quick reference table — anything you want beside the article rather than inside it.

It is a second, smaller editor with its own undo history, and it saves itself as you type. Type / for its slash menu, which carries a deliberately short list that fits a narrow column:

  • Text, Heading 2, Heading 3
  • Bulleted list, Numbered list, Task list
  • Quote
  • Divider
  • Table
  • Collapsible section
  • Meter
  • Image

Selecting text brings up the floating formatting toolbar, same as the main page. Wikilinks work here too — type [[ and link out exactly as you would in the article.

Chronology

Section titled “Chronology”

The second tab lists every timeline event attached to this page, grouped by era and dated in your world’s primary calendar. If the page is bound to an entity, that entity’s events show up here too.

  1. Click Add event to write a new event — it’s created on the world timeline and linked to this page in one go.
  2. Or click the link button beside it, search your existing events, and pick one to attach.

Both buttons only appear if you can edit the page and the world has at least one timeline layer.

Meanwhile, a page’s headings can be listed in the body with the table-of-contents block, and the pages that link here are shown in the right-hand rail — see Backlinks & mentions.
