Audit log
The audit log records every group-level change: role edits, member joins / leaves, kicks and bans, channel renames, permission changes. Useful for “who did what when” investigations and for the GM to keep a calm record of community moderation.
Open the audit log
Section titled “Open the audit log”Group settings → Audit log. Entries are listed newest-first with the actor (who did it), the action, and any relevant details (the affected member, the role, the channel name).

What’s not recorded
Section titled “What’s not recorded”- Message content changes (edits, deletes) — these are per-message, not group-level. Deleted messages leave a visible trace in the feed instead.
- DMs — the audit log is group-scoped only.
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Reading the audit log requires the View audit log permission. By default the Owner has it; the Moderator preset includes it; grant to other roles as needed.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”Audit entries are append-only and retained indefinitely. PostRoll doesn’t currently surface a way to clear them — they’re meant as a permanent record.
