Shared with you

The Shared with you page (/app/shared, under Library in the sidebar) gathers everything other people have shared with you — worlds, boards, actors, scenes, tokens, cards, and card templates.

Filter pills along the top — All, Worlds, Boards, Actors, Scenes, Tokens, Cards, Templates — show a count for each type. Every item shows its name, type, and your access badge: View only or Can edit. Click an item to open it.

Shared items also appear in the shared tab of the matching library section (for example, shared boards on the Boards page).

There’s no accept step:

  • Direct invites appear as soon as the owner adds you — you’ll get a notification.
  • Share links appear once you open the link while signed in.
  • View only — you can open and read everything, but edit controls are hidden and a view-only notice appears on some pages. You can’t save changes.
  • Can edit — you can change content: edit pages, move board nodes, update sheets. You still can’t share the item with others, change who has access, or delete it — only the owner can.

Opening a shared item’s details shows a banner such as “Shared with you as viewer by username”, so you always know where it came from.

If you no longer want something in your list, you can remove your own access. Open the item’s details panel (from the shared tab of its library section) and click Leave — you’ll be asked to confirm. You lose access immediately; the owner can always share it with you again later.
