The table legend

The Table tab is your campaign’s trophy cabinet — how long you’ve played, how the dice have treated you, who’s still standing, and who isn’t. It’s four panels stacked down the page.

Your room’s motto — the one line that sums up this campaign. Until someone writes one it reads “No motto yet.”

Only the room’s owner or a GM sees the pencil to edit it, and this panel is the only place it can be changed.

Four medallions across the top count what your table has done together: sessions played, hours at the table, dice rolled, and natural 20s.

Cross a threshold and a milestone badge appears — First session in the books, 10 sessions strong, 25-session campaign, 100 dice rolled, 1,000 dice rolled, 10 natural 20s, 50 hours at the table.

Under that, Your record here shows your own numbers, if you’ve rolled in this room at all.

Dice Hall of Fame collects the table’s natural 20s. Before anyone rolls one it says “No natural 20s yet. The dice gods are watching.”

The footer links out to the Dice Lab, where you can replay this table’s sessions roll by roll.

Every living character in the room, as a card showing their name, level, and current quest. Empty rooms show “No living characters yet.”

Hover a card and a pencil appears — for the room’s owner, a GM, or the player who owns that character. It offers:

  • Mark fallen — the character died.
  • Retire — the character walked away intact.
  • Revive — they’re back, whichever way they left.
  • Set quest — update the one-line goal shown on the card.

Characters are only ever alive, dead, or retired; there’s no “missing”, “NPC’d”, or “on hiatus” state, so pick whichever of the three fits closest.

The moment someone is marked fallen or retired, a Graveyard panel appears below the party. Those characters move into it as greyscale cards labelled Fallen or Retired.

Revive one and they walk straight back into The Party. If nobody has died or retired, the panel isn’t there at all.
