Your room hub
Open a room and you land on its hub: a full-screen home screen for one table, tinted by the room’s cover art, with a spinning tab wheel at the bottom.
The top bar
Section titled “The top bar”Across the top you get the GM’s name, a player count you can click to open the roster, and a live count of who’s here right now. The room’s name sits in the middle — owners and GMs can click it to rename the room in place, and use the button on the right to change the cover image.
A pill counts down to your next session (in 2d 4h, or live now), and
Enter Play takes the whole table to the tabletop.
The tabs
Section titled “The tabs”Seven tabs, chosen from the wheel at the bottom: Overview, Heroes, Schedule, Chronicle, Table, Chat and Transcript. Each one has its own guide — see Rooms & sessions for the map. Every tab is linkable, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to one.
The Overview tab
Section titled “The Overview tab”The command centre. Top of the page is your next session with a countdown and one-tap RSVP, beside a Jump To block linking Schedule, Chronicle, Chat and Enter Play. If there’s nothing booked it reads “No session on the calendar yet. When’s the next adventure?”
Room Pulse is a live feed of what the table has been doing — sessions scheduled, started and ended, RSVPs, polls opened, chronicle entries, new boards, observers arriving, quotes pinned, and characters falling. It shows the last 30 moments and updates as they happen. Empty, it reads “Quiet for now. Schedule a session or open a poll — it’ll show up here, live.” You can drop an emoji reaction on any Pulse moment.
Party lists everyone in the room with a presence line — in session, in the lobby, away, or when they last stopped by. Who’s here shows avatars of anyone on the room page right now.
Down to Play? is a one-tap way to say Down to play, Maybe or Busy without nagging anyone. Your answer lasts a week.
Quotes Wall captures your table’s best out-of-context lines. Add opens a box for the quote and who said it (unattributed ones show as — anon). You can delete your own. Quotes can be reacted to as well.
About this table shows the room’s description, and Boards opens the table’s shared canvases — maps, faction webs, quest flows and more, on their own page.
Session Debrief appears for a week after a game wraps, so you can vote your table’s MVP, Most Heroic and Biggest Fail, and read the previous recap.
