Tables on boards

A table node is a simple editable grid — handy for a loot list, a cast of characters, session notes, or any small dataset you want laid out in rows and columns right on the canvas.

Open the Library drawer, find the Table node, and drag it onto the canvas. It starts as a small grid with a couple of columns and a few empty rows.

  • Type in a cell — click a cell and start typing. Cells grow to fit longer text.
  • Rename a column — double-click a column header and type a new name.
  1. Add a row — click the Add Row button on the table.
  2. Add a column — click Add Column, give the new column a name, and confirm.

Click a column header to sort the table by that column. Click again to reverse the order; a small arrow shows the current sort direction.

  • Column width — drag the divider between two column headers.
  • The whole table — select the table and drag its corner handles.
