Uploading and organizing assets
Everything in your library starts with an upload. This page covers adding files, keeping them organized, and what happens when you delete one.
Uploading a file
Section titled “Uploading a file”- Open Assets and click the New asset button (the + with a file icon) at the bottom of the left rail.
- In the New Asset dialog, click or drag an image into the upload box — PNG, JPG, or WEBP.
- Alternatively, click Use URL to add an image from a link, or Choose from library to reuse one you already have.
The largest single file you can upload depends on your plan: Starter 20 MB, Booster 50 MB, Collector 100 MB.
Folders
Section titled “Folders”The left rail’s Folders tab holds a nestable folder tree.
- Create a folder with the + folder button at the bottom of the rail.
- Drag assets (or whole folders) onto a folder to move them.
- Right-click an asset or folder to rename, cut/copy/paste, or delete it.
- Recents shows what you’ve used lately; All Files shows everything.
Select an asset and open its details panel to add tags — folders can be tagged too. Then filter by tag from the toolbar, matching any or all of the tags you pick. You can also record an artist credit (name and link) on each asset from the same panel.
Collections
Section titled “Collections”The rail’s Collections tab groups assets without moving them — one asset can sit in many collections. Create one with the + collection button, right-click assets to add them, and give each collection a cover image.
Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”Use the Search files… box to find assets by name. Combine it with the tag filter, sort by name, date, or size, and switch between grid and list views.
Deleting and restoring
Section titled “Deleting and restoring”Deleting an asset moves it to the Deleted folder rather than removing it outright. If it’s still placed somewhere, the confirmation warns you — content referencing it keeps working until it’s permanently deleted.
From the Deleted folder you can restore an asset to its original location within 7 days, or permanently delete it. Permanent deletion of an asset that’s still in use asks you to confirm again, because it will break the content that references it.
