The Agenda tab
The Agenda tab is your campaign’s GM-side punch list — every
upcoming consequence, faction move, prophecy, deadline, and floating
trigger that hasn’t been resolved yet, organised by how soon it
matters.

The three columns
Section titled “The three columns”| Column | Contains |
|---|---|
| Imminent | Events whose agenda date is within the next 7 days (real-world clock). The “what’s about to bite the party” column. |
| Soon | Agenda date 7 to 30 days out. The “this arc” column. |
| Eventual | Agenda date more than 30 days out, or no agenda date at all (a floating or unknown date). The “someday” column. |
Already-resolved events (revealed, with no agenda date) and archived or deleted events are excluded.
What populates Agenda
Section titled “What populates Agenda”An event lands here in any of three ways:
- Give it an agenda date on the event (in the Inspector).
- Use a floating date when authoring — the app does this for soon, someday, eventually, or any entry starting with “when” or “if”.
- Use an unknown date when you’ve got no anchor at all.
A good pattern: author every NPC’s hidden plan as a chain of floating events, each with a caused by link to the prior step. As the party takes actions that resolve some, the chain advances.
Per-card actions
Section titled “Per-card actions”Each card has up to four buttons:
- Resolve — marks the event Revealed and clears its agenda date. Useful when the trigger has fired and the thing has actually happened.
- Reveal — marks it Revealed but keeps the agenda date. Useful when players have learnt about the trigger but it hasn’t fired yet.
- +7d — pushes the agenda date back one week. A quick way to defer.
- Cancel — deletes the event entirely. Useful when the party prevented the bad thing.
Sorting
Section titled “Sorting”Inside each column, cards sort by their next decision point:
- Imminent / Soon sort by agenda date, soonest first.
- Eventual falls back to a stable order.
Overdue items — an agenda date in the past that you haven’t resolved yet — show a red “N days overdue” stamp.
