Compendium

The Compendium is PostRoll’s library of official, ready-to-play cards — thousands of them, already designed and ready to use at your table.

What’s inside

Cards ship for D&D 5e and Daggerheart (including The Void playtest content):

D&D 5e — spells, equipment and magic items, class and subclass features, monster stat blocks with their actions, special abilities, and legendary actions, plus species, backgrounds, feats, skills, and conditions.
Daggerheart — domain cards, ancestries, communities, classes and subclasses, weapons, armor, items, and consumables.

Many cards carry their table rules with them — play one during a session and the damage, saves, and conditions resolve automatically. See Cards at the table.

Browsing

The Compendium screen shows the full library with a live card count. Narrow it down with:

System buttons — All systems, D&D 5e, or Daggerheart
Type — a dropdown of card types for the chosen system
Search title… — find a card by name
The Void (playtest) only — show just the playtest set
Grid / Swiper — a paged grid, or a full-screen view you flip through one card at a time

Try a card with Test Play

Every playable card has a Test Play button — a safe practice space that never touches your real characters or scenes.

Click Test Play on any card.
Set up one or more practice dummies — each has a name, armor class, hit points, and save bonus. You can also tweak the caster’s attack bonus and save DC.
Click Roll & Play. The card resolves against your dummies: you’ll see each roll, who saved, and every dummy’s hit points before and after.
Click Roll & Play again to re-run it as many times as you like.

Getting cards to your table

Compendium cards reach a session by being attached to a character. On a character sheet, open Add from compendium, search or filter (All, Items, Spells, Features, Conditions), choose where the card goes — inventory, spells, features, traits, or actions — and click Add. From there it’s playable in a live scene; see Playing cards.

Print & Play

With a Collector subscription, the Print & Play PDF button on the Compendium screen exports the cards you’re viewing as a print-ready PDF at true card size — cut them out and bring them to your physical table.
