Scheduling sessions

The room’s Schedule tab is where your table agrees on when you’re playing: Upcoming Sessions on the left, Polls on the right. Anyone in the room can schedule a session — you don’t have to be the GM.

  1. Open the room’s Schedule tab and click Schedule at the top of Upcoming Sessions.

  2. Give the session a Title and pick a Start — both are required. Set the timezone you’re quoting the time in.

  3. Optionally add a Duration, and a Description for notes, an agenda, or what the party is walking into.

  4. Under Recurrence, choose None, Daily, Weekly or Monthly, and optionally a Repeat until date.

  5. Under Public observers, leave Inherit room to follow the room’s setting, or force this session Public or Private. Public sessions appear on the feed’s live-games rail, where read-only observers can watch.

  6. Click Create. A Session scheduled toast confirms it.

Every session row carries three pills — Going, Maybe and Can’t. Tap yours; it updates live for the rest of the table. A count appears inside a pill once someone has picked it, along with up to six attendee avatars (then +N).

Click More on a row for the session’s details — the full description, whether it repeats, when it was created, and a Who’s coming? section with the same RSVP controls. Whoever created the session can delete it from there; deleting is permanent.

PostRoll sends a reminder roughly 24 hours and again about 1 hour before a session starts, through in-app notifications, email, and push.

Only people who RSVP’d Going or Maybe are reminded. Never RSVP, or pick Can’t, and you’ll hear nothing — tapping a pill is what puts the session on your radar.

Reminders are controlled globally, not per room: Settings → Notifications, under Rooms & sessions, which also covers cancellations, members joining or leaving, and role changes. Turning Session starting soon off silences reminders for every room you’re in.
