Dossier PDF export
A dossier is a printable PDF of an actor — their portrait, name, system and type, and every filled-in section of their sheet. Hand one to a player, tuck one behind your GM screen, or archive a retired hero.
Exporting a dossier
Section titled “Exporting a dossier”-
Open the character or monster from your Actors page.
-
Select Dossier PDF near the top of the page. The button reads Building… while the file is put together.
-
The PDF downloads straight to your device, named after the character (for example
mirela-vane-dossier.pdf), and a “Dossier exported to PDF.” confirmation appears.
What’s inside
Section titled “What’s inside”- The actor’s portrait and name, with their game system and type as a subtitle.
- Every section of the sheet that has content — scores, defences, senses, and the rest, shaped to the actor’s system (a Daggerheart character’s dossier shows traits and Hope; a 5e monster’s shows its stat block).
The dossier is built from whatever the sheet holds right now, so finish your edits first — a brand-new, empty actor shows “This character sheet has no data to export yet.”
