The world graph
Every wiki page and entity detail in your world shows a World Link Graph at the bottom of the right rail. It draws your wiki pages, actors, and entities as nodes, and the connections between them as edges. Open it on any page to see how the world links up.
What’s on the graph
Section titled “What’s on the graph”Three kinds of node, each in its own colour:
- Wiki pages — purple.
- Actors — rose.
- Entities — violet.
Two kinds of edge:
- Mention edges — every wiki link counts as a mention. Drawn as thin grey lines.
- Relationship edges — the structured edges you’ve added on the Relationships tab. Drawn in a stronger colour, optionally labelled.
Cross-world links (a page in another world that mentions one of yours) appear in amber.
Moving around
Section titled “Moving around”The graph has the same view controls as every other canvas in the app — boards, World Maps, the Map Foundry and the VTT — in the bottom-right corner.
The tall column is always about the view: Zoom in, the current zoom as a percentage, Zoom out, Zoom to fit, and Centre the graph. The chevron at its foot folds the whole cluster away, and brings it back.
Above it sits the mini map: the whole graph at a glance, with your communities as soft shaded blobs and every node as a dot. The part you’re looking at is the bright window in the dimmed miniature. Click or drag on it to move the graph under you.
The strip under the mini map holds the graph’s own controls — Settings, Export image, and Focus current page, which snaps the view to the node for the page you have open.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”The gear icon on the graph opens settings:
- Show entities / actors / cross-world links — toggle the node classes individually.
- Show relationships — turn structured rel edges on/off.
- Show relationship labels — render the rel-type text mid-edge (“parent of”, “member of”) for visible labels at all times.
- Search — type a query to dim everything that doesn’t match.
Hovering
Section titled “Hovering”- Hover an edge — a small native tooltip appears with the edge’s
meaning (
mentions,parent_of,actor mention,mentions (cross-world), etc.). Tooltips work whether or not the persistent rel-label toggle is on. - Hover a node — its connections highlight while everything else dims. Disconnected node titles disappear so the focus is clear. Move off to restore.
Centering on an entity
Section titled “Centering on an entity”Open any entity’s detail page and the graph auto-focuses on it: zoom and position adjust so the entity sits centre-stage with its connected nodes around it. The same happens when you open a wiki page — the page’s node becomes the focus.
The entity-detail-route version of the rail also drops the wiki-only sections (tags, mentioned-in / mentions blocks) and just shows the graph plus a short banner reminding you what’s in view.

Section titled “Enlarge”Click Enlarge in the rail header to open the graph in a fullscreen overlay. The bigger surface makes long chains, dense clusters, and cross-world spans easier to read. Esc or clicking outside closes it.
